Building Confidence On and Off the Mat: David Tator’s Internship with The Little Gym

One of the Kapex Foundation Achievement Academy’s goals is to connect undergraduate men with meaningful internship and career opportunities. During the summer of 2025,  member David Tator secured an internship with The Little Gym in Washington, D.C., where he helped children build confidence and coordination through structured play and gymnastics activities. In addition to supporting daily operations, David gained hands-on experience in customer relations, scheduling, and financial management—insight that deepened his understanding of how business decisions drive performance.
